my story

At brave, I believe that it's never too early or too late to start nurturing both your body and mind through movement. A healthy body and an active lifestyle creates the foundation for unlocking your true potential and living life to the fullest.

My love of movement began in childhood in Cooma, where I was raised in a family that deeply valued sports and fitness. At 18, I became a group fitness instructor, and since then, I've been dedicated to learning and growing within the wellness space. My journey has had its twists and turns, but movement has always been my constant. Sharing my love of health and wellness has always felt natural, and the joy I get from it is unmatched. Seeing my clients gain confidence, strength, mobility, resilience, and a deeper connection with their bodies—while also building friendships—makes it all so rewarding.
